Yountville Chamber of Commerce turned to MacKenzie to raise the town’s profile as a world-class tourism destination, focusing not only on its renowned wineries, but its award-winning lodging, dining, shopping, and outdoor recreation opportunities, as well.
Aggressive media relations and influencer introductions are raising the destination’s profile among key audiences, at an overall campaign cost-per-thousand that is disproportionate to its reach. Using established and rising-star chefs, winemakers and hoteliers as our spokespeople, we are putting a small-town, human face on place that needed a stand-out identity in a competitive destination market.
Yountville’s many and varied stakeholders are delighted with the agency’s level of engagement, and the expert way we balance their sometimes competing needs. Nary a Napa Valley tourism story appears without prominent mention of Yountville, placing the destination squarely on the Wine Country tourism map.
